If you already use personal online banking, and want to view your personal and business accounts together in Business Online Banking, Click here, print and complete the pdf form, and bring it to your local Bank of the West branch. This will give you access to all of the benefits of Business Online Banking using your current username and password.
To enroll in Business Online Banking follow these simple steps:
  1. Complete the online application form.
  2. Create your username and password. Be sure to keep these close at hand. Once your application is processed, you will need your username and password to access Business Online Banking.
  3. Optional: If you are a Business customer who has personal accounts not already enrolled in online banking, you may complete the Combined View Request section of the Application Confirmation screen.
  4. Print your application form and bring it to your local Bank of the West branch so we can confirm your business relationship and verify your identity.
  5. Look for an email confirming your application has been processed. You should receive this within 3 business days of visiting the branch.
  6. Visit bankofthewest.com/smallbusiness to login and start banking.
What you'll need to complete the application:
  1. Your Bank of the West business account number(s).
  2. The Social Security or Tax Identification Number you used to open your business account(s).
  3. A valid email address.
